Microsoft Outlook doesn't provide an easy way for users to keep their data on more than one computer. OutlookSync solves this problem by synchronizing contacts, tasks and notes across the multiple instances of Outlook that our users access. Excellent tool for syncronising two or more instances of Outlook

Pros
Unlike other (more costly) Outlook syncronising tools this one doesn't directly process PST files. Instead it functions much like a PocketPC sync tool. The upshot is that it's very fast. What's more, it works with Exchange accounts (unlike some competing products) and the license permits the user to install more than one copy of the software. It works really well with a pocket USB drive and is a great way to merge your home and work calendar, contacts, tasks etc. The software also includes a dupes remover and data viewer/editor.
Cons
Some features are still being developed, e.g. full e-mail syncronisation. There's currently no help file (getting started, FAQ and support via Web site is available.)
