  Cons

  Two versions available 1. Free/open source and self hosted. 2. Paid version hosted in secured OrangeHRM cloud. People tend to confuse these two platforms

  Summary

  OrangeHRM is quickly becoming the de facto standard for open source human resource management tools (With over 400 downloads per day). No matter the size of your business, your human resources department could easily benefit from an OrangeHRM installation.

  Summary

  Like an inkjet printer - the original incentive looks good but in the long haul will nail you for other features/extras.

  Nice to see small HRM program that doesn't take acres of disk space.

  Cons

  If you visit their website, it claims 30 days free of hosted service - this is not free because more than likely you need to subscribe to other services inorder to keep the software running. Be careful.

  Free, Easy to install and use. Perfect for small and middle size companies. Complete with Admin module, Reports, Recruitment Module, Personal Information Management Time Track and Benefits Module.

  Cons

  Should be perfect if the software offered Performance Module. But seems they offer customization and it can be added.

  Summary

  The software seems to be great. I did not experienced any problem so far. Most of the features works and fit the majority needs of Small and Middle size companies.
