• Super Simple - We love it

  Pros

  Extremely simple to use and has more features than I first realized. The employees love it because they do not have to remember complicated ID's and passwords. Accounting loves it for calculating overtime, etc.

  Cons

  The calendar feature is a little clunky and I agree with another user that the clock should be digital. It would also be nice to have it be a 24 hour clock so I don't have to deal with the AM or PM

  For the price, it is the best and simplest solution to our small business and I am happy with it.

  Will lose data. Sometimes employee time punches vanish.

  Summary

  I lost the setup files and will be purchasing again. So I like it. It is very simple and just what I want. However, back up your data daily because you will be needing it. The vanishing data issue could be a big problem. When it loses time punches it does not lose them all. That would be better, but only some of them for some employees. Over about 3-4 years of use it has done it noticeably 3-5 times. How many times has it lost a couple punches? Impossible to tell because sometimes people forget to punch in or out. We only use it for a few people, who don't get paid a lot, so it hasn't caused us to want to pay more for a reliable system.

  Pros

  I like the fact that all that is needed is a password for my employees to clock in and out. I can easily keep track of them on one computer and I don't have a bunch of time cards to fish through at the end of the week.

  Cons

  There is only one thing I don't really like....the clock itself is hard to read. It should be digital to make it easier to know if your going to be late or not, or at least have numbers on the face.
