It does not install

It is free. It has been on this site a long time.
Cons
It does not install on my version of WIN7. Error message I get is, "Installer cannot be initialized."
Summary
It is obsolete.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jan 19, 2016<p/>A new version appeared! Running in WIN7 the error is "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue." Another appears saying it cannot find the file Makrolar. (No such file exists.) Running in XP gets the same errors. You can now read the brief help before you start. The program allows the user to name a file. When you click "OK" it ends.

Summary
It causes an error when starting. It cannot obtain access to a file in it's own directory. (No file by that name was installed. When you start to record it closes the moment you type one character in the title of the file.

Simple to use Free Works! (after trying 5 other utilities which did not work) Cannot fast-forward the actions. If you took 20 seconds to record, it takes same 20 second to play back. you can preserve time sequence.
