  Super intuitive and helpful. Lots of examples and detailed documentation and features to help you number. PDF support in Windows and Mac in the newest version! Extremely fast and easy to use.

  Not free, but still worth the price.

  Summary

  I'm not good with computers, but we needed a numbering program for our organization and Number Press absolutely blew away everything else. Right away, the program tries to help you figure out how to use it, and really holds your hand unlike anything else. The output is very fast and high quality too. A life safer that paid for itself the first time we used it!

  Iv been using this software for quite some time and it has proven invaluable. It saves us tremendous amounts of time and the program quickly produced high quality outputs. it's simply the best numbering software on the market.

  Pros

  This probably works great on a Mac. It's worthless otherwise. <p> <p>Their website looks great -- especially the big splashy graphic that says, "Merge with a PDF..." But after you buy it you'll want to go back and note the smaller print which says that the Win version only merges with tiffs and jpegs. Of course! Who wouldn't want to convert their text to a graphic before printing?! <p> <p>Also pay close attention to line at checkout that says, "All sales final." I should have guessed what that means. <p>This program is worthless. I wasted 50 bucks.
