Create, organize, and manage text files.

This is a simple program designed to keep little bits of text information organized. The user can create Topics, which are folders inside of the Notes folder, and then create entries for each topic, which are text files inside of the topics folders. The user also has the option to password protect certain entries, which will make the entry only viewable inside of the Note Manager program as the text file is encrypted when viewed otherwise.
