None. Since this requires at least 10 characters, at least I didn't die from trying to find the driver. That's a pro, but the only one I could think of.
Cons
The driver doesn't seem to be on this site. If you click on the Download button, it takes you to a commercial site with a commercial driver. The N8VBdriver is not here.
Summary
