With this application, its one of those cases where your system setup determines how well it works for you. Mz CPU Accelerator automatically changes the priority of foreground applications. Changing settings is easily accomplished through a simple dialog-sized interface. Most users will set it once then forget about it. Anyone could operate this application with only the most cursory glance at the short program manual.

Operation is a mere matter of clicking a simple radio button to choose priority level. You can set the foreground app to Above Normal, High, or Real-time priority. Its just another click to activate the program and a final, but optional, click to send it to the Windows tray. Mz CPU Accelerator will set the chosen priority to any app that is brought to the foreground. It also automatically changes the application to its original priority as soon as a new program is made active. Three radio buttons make it a snap to set Mz CPU Accelerator to run on Windows Startup, activate it, and minimize it.

You may notice programs speed up when using this freeware. A lot depends on your system configuration. At least Mz CPU Accelerator is easy to install and operate. It's also easy to uninstall if you notice no improvements.

Of all the apps promising to speed up or clear up ram, this one takes a sly approach--give maximum ram-priority to whatever process is running in the foremost window--and doing so on the fly! Genius! Nifty interface, with selectable choices for priortiy level for the foreground: above normal, high, and realtime. I use realtime with no problems so far.
Cons
Few that I can see. Adds 5 processes to task manager, but 2 are for updating, which can be disabled via the normal windows ways.
Summary
I am running windows xp pro, pentium 3.0 mhz, 3GB ram. This app really is helping my computer's speed and efficiency. I highly recommend it.

Gives even more power to your running programs, games etc... Especially usefull for users with weak processors or all in one weak PC configuration. You'll get a little boost when needed. This app estimate in what moment you need it the most.
Cons
I think that programs like Mz Cpu Acelerator should not have any cons!
Summary
Everybody with low performance computers or weak processors. Assail immediately for this boosting app. With processor of e.g. Intel Pentium 4 (2.6 Ghz) you will think that you have a Dual Core processor.

Pros
Good UI. Adds the benefits of dynamically allocated CPU priority to good ole Windows. Works pretty well out of the box(and can be tweaked to work even better.
Cons
Sometimes a bit slow in initial response if CPU load is high. Exclusions tab a necessity for some users to learn if user multitasks with certain apps.

The program does just what it says, with slow and fast machines I tested seeing some benefit. Some of my high end encoding software would bring a couple single core AMD machines I still use to their knees when it came to doing anything else, even web browsing(unless I manually set them to idle priority). While this software does take a few seconds to respond after a second app needing priority is launched, I was able to do whole sessions of browsing and even some flash games seamlessly for whole sessions, all the while while running either my h264 encoder or WinRar in highest compression mode. It also has a nice exclusions tab for avoiding the program prioritizing programs that are either CPU hogs or not time critical tasks, which would be counter-productive to prioritize. I already had many program priorities fine tuned, and this app adds some dynamic allocation to really help with time critical tasks. Helps with games that use multiple processes, as well. I would give it 5/5 if it responded faster upon initial launch of a higher priority task and maybe had a bit better documentation(though the lesser documented features were easy for me to figure out, they may not be as easy for the novice).

Excellent for who doesn't have powerful computers, like me, does with that he increases the acting a lot... It increases the priority of the program in use or assets.
Cons
It is not a problem, but an option. If he/she wants to turn some program in second plan with the same priority of the others it had not gotten, best to disable temporarily...
