• Great product - Been using it for years

 Pros

I build and repair PC's in my basement and use this program to take a "snapshot" of a PC before I return it. I give the user an HTML version of the report and I keep the Excel version for my database. If a customer calls, I can instantly recall the hardware, software, firmware, etc. on their PC and talk intellegently to them about it. Several times it has been a true godsend.

I paid the small LIFETIME reg fee years ago and promptly keep getting updates when they are made available. The software AND reports all bear my business name at the top. Nice touch.

 Cons

Although it lets you save reports in MANY formats, I wish the actual layout was more flexible. (OK, this is pretty picky.)
