They have released a 'Beta' version which works great on the new Windows 10 64-bit which their current new version is not running well on. Simply install this version with the packaged Riva Tuner and you will have no problems at all. No pros.Just useless.
Cons
Makes your computer freeze for 30 seconds every 10 seconds. Monitoring of CPU,GPU & RAM Doesent work on OCD.

Solved overheating issue I had. Easy to use with dials for clocking and temperature limits + tonnes of advanced stuff I haven't cracked open yet. Awesome tool, and free!
Cons
Like any worthwhile software, can be a bit overwhelming at first but not nearly as much as similar programs

Pros
I don't know of any pros to this yet as I'm still trying to remove all the crap that came with it. The "connect" tool bar is especially difficult to remove.
Cons
Too many other programs download with it. The download takes over your browser, resets your search preferences, and installs a "connect" toolbar that is impervious to "uninstalling".

It's not worth the hassle.

Summary
Don't mess with the software if you don't know what you're doing or you may mess up your computer quite badly. If you know what you are doing, this software does everything you could possibly imagine you would want it to do.

Pros
It automatically increases fan speeds according to GPU temperature level and never lets GPU to get over heated. It also shows some statistics about temp, fan speed, power etc. It isn't only compatible with MSI also works with other brands.(I'm using Zotac)
Cons
It doesn't have an alarm option to warn user above some temperature level.
Summary
Cools down my GPU at least 10 centigrade degrees.
