Compute monthly payments and prints amortization schedule.

Mortgage Calculator calculates monthly payment and prints amortization schedule. Simply enter the loan amount, interest rate, and number of years of your loan, and click on "Compute Payment" button. After this, you will see your monthly payment in the window at the top. To print out your amortization payments including month, payment, principal, interest and balance click on Print Repayment Schedule. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
