Developer’s Description

Allows conversion and transformation of video and audio.
MCL source code consist of over half a million lines of source code written in C, Pascal and assembler. You can use the library without compiling because all DLLs come already precompiled in the package. However, if you change a part of the source you will need a C compiler (preferably GCC), Delphi or NASM, depending which part you changed. MCL enables you to do conversion and transformation of video and audio between different multimedia formats. It also includes image functions, transition effects and format-specific functions (such as mpeg multiplexing).
