The Winamp Remote Control Suite allows the well-known IPC capabilites of Winamp to be exported across the network. A server plug-in and a dedicated client allow full control of the play status and the songs playlist over a simple TCP/IP port with minimal configuration in most circumstances.

Now i can control Winamp on my server with my wireless lan connected notebook. Works perfectly. The interface is plain and simple. I highly recomend it.

If you want to be able to control one session of winamp from multiple networked computers, this is the best solution i have found. Setup may be a little difficult for inexperienced users, but after it is set up, it is very simple to use. And best of all, it's free! works best with winamp 2.xx

This software is really good, and user friendly.. .it could really do with a makeover to make it look more like WinAmp... but hey, that's just me being fussy!
