1. no limitation regarding the amount of indexed files 2. great preview and the posibility to edit 3. can search inside files and PDFs 4. index files from your computer or external devices
Cons
- Unlike the full version its a desktop search now without the ability to search for emails
Summary
If you don't search for emails like me and you don't want to spend money for a shareware product, Lookeen Free is the best solution!

It is super easy to use and very fast. The product is excellent and it is absolutely for free!!
Cons
The only con is maybe that it is not available for macbooks yet.

+ does NOT freez emy system like so many others + unlimited files + I can edit my excels within the program!!!

- no emails .. need pro edition -> costs!
Summary
Sure Lookeen has released the free edition as a marketing strategy -> but the search works great for me! I don't have Outlook so there is no reason to switch to the paid version! 5 stars!
