  I tried out some calculators..... and this i got rid of very fast. Must admit I do no longer remember it- but know it to me was not a selected one- among free chices

  Pros

  Small download and install, runs fast even on slow systems, can compare up to three mortgage plans side-by-side, and it's easy to use.

  Cons

  Does not support cutting and pasting for any of the values, does nothing more than basic amortization, cannot even put in extra capital payments.

  Great for quick math. Had this on my other computer and just put on new one. No problems with viruses or spyware. Gives total principal and interest which is nice.

  I just download this program and it is very easy to use and very versitile. It is compressed so you'll need Winzip or some other 'Compression/Decompression type software; which is free here as well.
