  Pros

  If you're too lazy to buy a $19 CD player and burn your own cd's then press the random play button, the $300 price tag is totally worth it.

  Cons

  It's pointless to tie up a computer for the simple function of being a CD player. And this program is pretty big and very expensive. <p>This program is only compatible with business phone systems that have an MOH port (usually an expensive optional module). If you have to ask what this is, you ain't got one and thus cannot use this software to make your business more professional.
