  The best way to manage these *ix-like Windows filesystem features (ideal for geeks like me)

  It may be hard to keep control of heavily linked filesystems, especially folders (not the app fault)

  It seems to create hard and sym links properly as described

  Performs "Smart Move" whether you want it to or not sometimes. Rockall Heap Manager didn't remove properly - caused errors after uninstall

  Summary

  This is a handy tool if you are going to be creating a lot of links but with the faults, I would avoid it and just learn to use the command line tools built in to Windows 7. If the developer fixes the problems with Smart Move and Rockalldll.dll, and mentions specifically in version update notes, I may give it another try and another review.

• Works well creating Windows Hardlinks

  Pros

  I had tried previously to use Windows CMD box to create hardlinks, but never got them to work as I wished. This tool, (LSE), did the trick for me without struggle. After installation, works via a simple GUI Right-click process. Env: Windows XP SP3

  Cons

  Have not been able to get the Hardlink arrow overlay to show up on the Hardlink icon. But this could be just me... I will work with it some more. However, my issue with the icon overlay in no way counts against the basic product function.

  Summary

  Highly recommended for the technical and sort-of tech user (the only folks likely to want to be setting up Hardlinks in the first place). Give it a try.
