  Everything. <p>One of the worst software I have ever used. It's hard to understand, lousy to remove programs. <p>When I tryed to remove this it tokk a long time to make that happen.

  Pros

  Straightforward; fast. No gaudy eye candy graphics; does what it promises. Plenty of flexibility before and during clean-up. (I like to save my IE history because search engines really return the same results.) Excluded and kept what I asked. Much more effecient than others I have tried. FYI: download.com is my fav site, but frequently links are bad or traffic is heavy--as the other commentors point out. Go to the writers home web page and get the download there as I did. No problemas.

  Whenever I see "Cons", Microsoft immediately comes to mind, but other than that I have no qualms with this software. If that changes I'll write more. ~the Doktor

  We have to agree. We tried to download with both Firefox and MSIE and it would get stuck. <p>Then we went to the oldest computer on our home system of 5 which is a 6 year old back then new, top of the line Dell which still today works fine for the kids to enjoy the internet and will download anything you ask it to...IT FAILED. <p>So, needless to say we will pass this up and go back to the old way of doing a system backup before trying new things. A reg restore is always sweet and going back in time an hour or so looses nothing.

  EVERYTHING! <p> <p>I downloaded this software to find the download (3.75 MB) always finished at 2.56 MB! After thinking that my computer was timing out or something I retried it 3 more times to get the same results. I immediatly closed it and removed all traces from my system. DOWNLOAD AT YOUR OWN RISK. If a download does that it is usually Spyware/Adware. I'm not going to be the one to install it and find out...

  It got stuck downloading a product update. After restarting my computer three times without getting this program to work, I uninstalled it. I do not recommend this program.

  Pros

  It even finds and removes the files you have installed first and now you have uninstalled.I installed Windiws Vista Pack and it unstabled my computer but due to this product i am enjoying peace of my computer again
