Your LightScribe product manufacturer will have the best knowledge of your specific configuration and needs, and they are recommended as your first source of updates whenever possible. This limited support universal version of the LightScribe System Software offered here has not been specifically tested by your hardware provider, and is provided as an alternative should you have problems with obtaining an update.

is useless and installed adware on my computer. also would not let me uninstal. i had to manually delete the file folder. no not download. used to trust this website but no so sure anymore.

Installs adware without asking.
Summary
My cursor became erratic as soon as I installed this program. Had to remove this and three additional unknown, though obvious adware programs. I then scrubbed my system, first with Malwarebytes which found over 200 suspicious files (yes that was 200, not a typo), then ran Norton which found 2 additional files. Download.com dropped the ball on this one.

I like everything about this product. Except the colored disks, they are too dark and does not allow for the detail to show thru. The yellow is ok.
