  Pros

  It does what it says - allows you to drag your program icons where you want them on the taskbar. Easy to use. No hassle. And it's free! :-)

  Cons

  Just started using it - haven't seen any problems.

  Summary

  This basic functionality should be included in Windows. But since it's not, Taskbar Shuffle remedies that. Thank you to the developer for sharing!
