Does Not Work - No Support

Cons
Major functionalities do not work. Patch Management is always broken. Remote security for VNC is always broken. When they fix one thing, another part of it is broken. Support is non existent. They have some really good support technicians, but management keeps over-riding the support staff to use every reason possible to claim that something is out of scope for support. They are not willing to correct their own mistakes. When they do something that breaks your customization,they do not apologize,try to correct it or even acknowledge that there is a problem.
Summary
Warning - stay away from this application. It will cost you more of your time than it is worth.

Pros
My favorite thing about Labtech is that you don't have to use 4 or 5 pieces of software and enter in the same data to each one.. Can Track Tickets, VNC, Monitor Workstations/Routers/Computers, Stealth Repair Computers, Manage Contacts, Billing (keeps track of hours), Generates Reports.. The list goes on... It is everything you need to run an IT department.
Cons
The few things I have found wrong with it have been programmed into it as soon as it was suggested. They are constantly workin to improve the software to the users needs. Top notch.

Fantastic! We monitor over 600 computers and it does what it say on the tin!

Pros
Labtech MSP is a god send to any computer support company, we looked at Kaseya, N-Able and many others and this was by far the best value and functionality. It has been written from the ground up around the same ethoses we use and is very flexible. Check out the competition and they do not even advertise there prices, that is because they are 5 x times the price for a product which is not as good!

Loved the interface and abiliy to control computers without any user interaction. Also thought it was awesome that i did not have to use any other software but labtech.
