whole C drive on my laptop did not defrag at all

This program is ok, the way it works now would not Recommend it, it some computers it will not Defrag C drive, saying that C drive is locked or blacked out, the Makers of this program need to come up with a fix that can by pass it, until then use Smart Defrag 2.3 from iobit
