Forget the name. Just Wallpaper does much more than the average wallpaper manager. Sure, it can cycle through a set of wallpaper images. It can store image sets in separate themes, for quick access. It lets users swap wallpapers using a system-tray icon or a configurable hot key. But it can also overlay notes and a calendar on top of your wallpaper. It provides an image editor with such basic functions as the abililty to crop, rotate, and adjust brightness, and its special effects include lens, wave, morph, and blur. Image masks let you display one wallpaper behind another (though we missed an option for adding custom masks). There s even a feature for turning your wallpaper into a sliding-tile puzzle. On top of all that, Just Wallpaper has a convenient, easy-to-use interface with a modern look and five skins. This is what a wallpaper manager should be: powerful, unobtrusive, and smartly designed. Desktop mavens will love it.

Just Wallpaper is a fantastic tool that lets you manage and display all of your Windows' wallpaper. You set up your own themes and add all the wallpaper images you like. Using the many options available to you, you can randomly display any image in a theme at a specified time interval as well as overlay a calendar, display date/time, display important notes, specify image sizes, apply an image mask, and apply a new paper hot key.

There is also a puzzle feature and you can add special effects. Not only will your desktop keep you informed of special events with the notes overlay, it also will be visually refreshing. With image masks you can make it appear as if you are looking out a window at your wallpaper scene. Randomly select your masks or pick one to use all the time. The application allows you to quickly import links to all your current Windows wallpaper, as well as a power-search feature that lets you search for images on all of your drives. Version 3.5 includes unspecified updates.
