Customize and add various features to Windows interface.

Joatl Utility allows to set properties for Windows 7, but some of them are also useable for Windows Vista and Windows XP. This one works under 32 and 64bit Windows. Joatl Utility work in administrator user account and standard user account too. Joatl Utility contains this parts with this functions TaskBar: Turn off thumbnail live previews, Sets thumbnail delay time, Sets thumbnail live preview delay time, Disable/enable the system tray, Disable/enable low disk notification, Show/hide label for program in taskbar. Log on: Sets background log on screen. You can select bmp, jpg, png image file format. Windows Explorer remove items from: Addressbar history in windows explorer, RUN dialog box history, Internet Explorer url history. My Computer: adds items into My Computer: Recycle bin, Control panel, Run dialog box, Search, Flip 3D, Internet Explorer, Administrative tools, Networt connections, Printers.
