This program is for those of you who like the command-line interface of Oracle's SQLPlus, but are tired of the limited screen output and editing capabilities. This program is intended to keep the familiar command-line interface for rapid typing of sql statements, but allows you to get a better query result overview and have better text editing and command history capabilities.

Love it, must have it for Oracle installations

Pros
Hate using IDE's to do anything. Something that simplified sqlplus but allowed me to use is as if it was is a blessing!! Everyone should stop using IDE's to do everything for them and actually LEARN what they are actually doing.
Cons
Cannot find a version of it or anything similar for MySQL... sucks
Summary
use it instead of TOAD, SQL NAVIGATOR, SQL DEVELOPER, etc (even though I wrote some of the code for at least one IDE ;)

Pros
Has great screen output vs. SQL+. You don't get that annoying "wrap-around" text. You can export the file as csv, xml, or sql scripts.

It diplays the records which can be rolled up and down. It executes the previous statements also. Try this and enjoy.

It is definitely not a super fancy tools, but is easy of use and can help the develeoper to work better if he cannot install some heavy-weight tools like TOAD. It may miss a couple of usefull features like the ability of open .SQL file with an interface, but it is really good anyway!
