ItweakU is a utility that allows you to speed up your Internet connection by changing your default RWIN, default TTL, maximum MTU, and maximum MSS values. It also has security features that prevent users from adding or removing printers, shutting down the system, and so on. Features include the ability to disable Regedit and added compatibility with Windows NT. Version 4.18 now features over 410 different 'tweak' options.

I build and repair computers for a living and I will not build a system with out this on their computer <p>I only use the beta <p>It removes stuborn software and I like the other free features <p>Get it and play with it <p>see what I am talking about

A small program that has some nice features. Unfortunately some of them only in the registered version :( But even so: pretty good tool!
