Pros
Works and is not a scam. I usually will not download "third party" drivers because you never know. But since neither M$ or Intel seem inclined to provide a driver there is not much choice.
Cons
Like DesertKoala I had to modify the .inf file so Windows would recognize the driver as appropriate for my modem.
Summary
Download, tweak the .inf, update the driver. Presto, your modem works again.

Pros
After countless hours of trying to get this card to work, I have succeeded with a bit of tweaking. You'll need to modify the ".inf" file to include your hardware ID.
Cons
The number of scam web sites pretending to offer drivers is maddening. You just need to keep digging. For most of us modem users, this one is great because of hte CallerID function. Its too bad that a native driver is not available for Windows 7 .
Summary
This is my .inf file. You can see I had to 'remark' out the [ControlFlags] exclusions. More importantly, I modified %modemname64% to show my hardware ID string. You can get this from Device Manager and choosing Properties for your device. Pros
I have been trying for days to install this driver i had 32bit for XP, vista and my system refused. I even attempted virtualbox and virtualPC would not detect modem. Somehow I got lucky and found the word 64bit in my final inquiry!
Cons
nothing bad.. this did the trick
Summary
Windows7 Home Premium 64bit will warn you this driver is not verified, proceed? I said yes, it found and installed and the modem diagnostic is officially working. I could not be happier!
