Don't waste money on this app. I purchased this to recover my iphone 6 plus in looping. The app could not even defect my iphone in any method, could not even restore or recover my iphone to manufacturing.
I brought my iphone to Apple store for help. The guy there hooked up my iphone with itune in his MAC computer and recovered my iphone after 20 min.
I sent note to iMyFone to ask for refund. They simply responded they won't refund as they concluded it is the case changing mind after purchase.
I regret that I did not bring my phone to Apple store earlier
