It features an anatomy chart and consent and physician's release forms for getting started. It also includes a new kickboxing section, updated health information, certification forms, and tests.
Great, shows almost everything I need to know without having to surf the web. Only drawback is that scroll mouses don't work with the interface!
Simple. High Info. Mobile.

Summary
There a lot to read in this huge library of fitness, well...everything, if you CAN read it all. This software only lacks good programme graphic design and interface. Well put it this way, it's as equal to downloading the entire website, saving it in your harddrive, and running it from a custom made stand-alone browser (which is the programme itself).
