  I have been using ibVPN for 5 years and I am very happy with it. The Windows app works smoothly and I love the advanced options, like KillSwitch, rotating servers, fastest servers, ibDNS, etc. The servers are good and, even there are less than those provided by other VPNs, they are enough. Keep up the good work!

  * Many servers in many European countries, plus US and Canada * Great customer support, very speedy responses * Very reasonable monthly fee

  Cons

  * The all-in-one vpn client is a disgrace (there is a new version 1.9, maybe more buggy than this one). Many times cannot log in. First time I had this problem in 5 years of vpn experience with 5-6 other providers * Server speeds (especially if you are not in Europe or US) range from ok to pathetic. It's not uncommon to go from 2 mbps to 50 kbps from one SECOND to another. * Only 5 servers in Asia (including India) * Manual connections on both Windows and Android don't work

  Summary

  This is a vpn provider that I would have loved to recommend, because of the friendly and speedy customer support and because of the very reasonable cost, but as of now they under-deliver. I will update review when I see changes in the servers.
