HTML & Text Editor Portable replaces Notepad and has some useful developer features as well. The user can view the text as web page with a short cut or click of a button. There is also a split screen feature that has the text on the top of the screen and what it would look like as web page on the bottom of the screen. If the user minimizes this program it goes to the system tray for easy use.
