Does everything it says it will do. Lots of power.

Pros
Pretty much everything - web interface, voice recognition, supports X-10 and Z-Wave (I have some of both). I got pretty much everything in my home automated and then got a lot of help from their message board on how to download or create scripts so that I could get information from the internet - now when I say "What are the scores?" it reads me the scores for my favorite sports teams.
Cons
Doesn't run natively on a Mac, but runs fine in a multi-boot environment and with some of the emulators. (Older version ran on the emulator, not sure of the newest version.)

Pros
A very powerful program. You can use this with just about any automation technology including the new Z-Wave stuff. The software has built-in support for web access and the voice control feature is awesome! I've heard the telephone integration function is pretty cool too.... hoping to give it a try as soon.
Cons
The interface is just plain old HTML. It works OK but it's not too exciting. Their website says they're working on releasing a new touchscreen interface soon (HSTouch)... that should help.
