Was trying to copy one drive to the other, both identical. The source drive does not use partitions and has a custom format. Upgrader gave me the error message "no partition found". this shouldn't have mattered since it's a sector for sector copier.

Duplicate the contents of your hard drive.

Hard Drive Upgrader simplifies the process of upgrading to a new hard drive by duplicating the entire contents of your existing drive to the new one. The program does not require you to fdisk or format the new hard drive. Instead, it creates partitions as necessary and moves your OS and program files intact. Even your drive letters stay the same. This demo version allows you to duplicate to a hard drive of the same size only; the registered version allows duplication to a smaller or larger drive, and features partition resizing. Read the 'user.txt' file for usage instructions.
