Split any type of file and make consolidation back.
Filecutter.exe run base on Command Windows like in Dos. When you run fc (filecutter), 3 options will be come out. Press number 1 for split file, press number 2 for combination, press 3 for quit. If select 1, you type your file name you want split (file name must be in full name like Txt, exe) after you input, you will be asked for input how big file you want to be create. If original file name is LC.TXT which is 8 bytes, you want to create a 2 bytes of each files, you input only 2, which means total 4 files will be created. If select 2, want to do combination file, you should type name of last file. And rest of thing will be done by computer. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
