Add new features to your AOL Instant Messenger.

GoodAIM is a program designed for the AIM user that adds fun and exciting features to AOL Instant Messenger. You can even use GoodAIM with other AIM add-ons or enhancements that you may own. GoodAIM features include: screen name aliasing, send IMs while away, control idle time, real time IM logging in full HTML, hotkeys, window translucency.

Version 2.0.17 includes: hotkeys feature added, a "panic" hotkey which shuts down AIM completely, a fixed bug where AIM5 users couldn't use any GoodAIM features.

Nothing special, and outdated.

Its free. <p>Its another available addon/plugin for AIM.
Cons
Its outdated. Last update was 2004...wooo. <p>It doesn't work with most recent versions of AIM, 5.9.XXXX. <p>The functions it does are done by other programs, and done better at that (i.e. palfun for one).

The one feature I could use was the hotkey feature.
Cons
I was unable to use the useful features such as Screenname Replacer and Idle control. It might be something wrong with my AIM but I would say it's not worth it.
