• Impressive Gmail Utility

  Pros

  I was able to use this to really enhance the capture of my prior clients and reach out to them once again who have been long forgotten. This week scored me three new accounts and in the mortgage industry this equated to $20,000 I would not have otherwise had without the help of this utility. You've got a really good thing going here.

  Cons

  I'd love to see the ability for setting dates (only collecting information between certain dates set). Other than, no cons!

  Summary

  It was exactly what I needed and would be happy to pay for a more robust utility or pro version of this one if they could add a few things like date set restrictions, etc. Otherwise, it is a fantastic utility that was very useful for me.

• Nice Utility for my Gmail account

  Pros

  1. Was truly FREE with out any malware, adware or nag screens begging for money (scanned with malwarebytes). 2. Sifted through over 800,000 emails I had in Gmail dating several years back I could have never done on my own for specific keywords I entered. 3. Nice layout of Excel or .CSV format which I used to upload to my contact manager (I sifted for all my past business clients). 4. Very nice user friendly front end (even I was able to understand without instruction).

  Cons

  None that I can see. The only reason I gave it just 4 stars is it did take quite a while for it to collect all that information but then again, I did have over 800,000 items so maybe that's normal (or on me and my machine since the software was on my computer and not their server).

  Summary

  I'd recommend it to anyone who uses Gmail. It has no conflict with anything, is a small file and does as it says in it's description. It scrubs all your emails in Gmail and provides nice reports totally FREE without buggin' for money.
