"GCal Toolkit" is a tool to help you clean, organize, and maintain Google Calendars. If you or your business manage important calendars on Google, GCalToolkit is the software you need to keep everything neat and tidy - and it comes with personal support for all your calendar issues.

The most common uses include removing duplicates caused by faulty syncing, and deleting or moving events between calendars to keep the size of your synced calendars to a minimum, while keeping older data available for reference. You can customize the column view and export spreadsheets, add prefixes/suffixes or replace text throughout multiple calendars, apply case sensitive filtering, make mass edits to the busy/free status of groups of events, make mass edits to the "guests can modify" field, and more.

When you are ready, click" Sync to Google" to copy all the changes you made into your Google Calendars. Please back up your Google Calendars before using the software - as you should do anyway on a regular basis. GCalToolkit JAVA works on most computers, and brings you real-time sorting/filtering and other improvements and additions to make calendar maintenance with GCalToolkit easier and more powerful than ever before. 44,269 duplicates! Dubious honor of most dupes ever!

I won't get into how I got so many duplicates, but without this product I'd be manually deleting until I died. When I found some internet mentions of this software I initially thought it sounded too good to be true, but the price was so low I had to try it. After initially trying the free demo (500 deletes) I saw the potential and bought it. Probably due to the sheer size of my problem I had a little difficulty loading my calendar so emailed the developer. Within a few minutes I received his first response "You now hold the absolute record for the largest number of duplicates I have ever seen... "...lol....dubious honor indeed. Neil promptly answered the few questions I had, made some suggestions, and even OFFERED TO DO IT FOR ME. CAN YOU SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE? Still, wanting to attempt myself I ran the software yesterday and last night and this morning, VOILA, no dupes....NONE! Simply put, this product works and saved me hundreds of hours. Can't say enough about it or Neil

It was amazing, I had 30,000 duplicate entries ad they were gone in one hour with one click! The team helped me with some questions and before I knew it, I was back up and running with zero duplicates in my calendar.

Ummm, still trying to think of one.
Summary
Here's the deal. If you need duplicates removed from your calendar or if you are getting duplicates between your BlackBerry, Outlook and Google Calendars, then this is the software you need. It is a no nonsense platform that gets the job done. Any time spent looking at products that do the same as this software afterwards is a waste of time.

This is an AMAZING piece of software. You also get 100% satisfaction. I did. BUY THIS NOW if you use Google calendar. The product is everything it says it is, and the support is beyond belief.You will NEVER experience something this good!!!

NONE - I cant say enough good things about this product and its support. If you use Google calendar - you will want this product.

Finally a software company that is everything it says it is. When I needed help, and my job was on the line, this saved my bacon!! They go above and beyond any expectations you might have. The software may only cost $30.00, but it is well worth that a hundred times over. GET IT NOW. Save yourself a lot of grief that Google will never even talk to you about.
