Good, but project abandoned?

Pros
It's just like a fully customizable start menu. Which is very useful.
Cons
But the free version is only limited to 3 menus. What's worse is that I couldn't find a way to actually purchase the full version. It seems the website is down (or was at the few times I attempted to find it).
