fXplorer is a freeware shell management tool which uses menus to navigate folders. Click on the taskbar icon to launch programs, open folders, or view the folders structure. It aims to be customizable, fast, reliable and accessible. Summary of features: System tray access, hotkey access, keyboard modifiers, quick desktop access, file management (copy/move), customized menu items.
It's just like a fully customizable start menu. Which is very useful.
Cons
But the free version is only limited to 3 menus. What's worse is that I couldn't find a way to actually purchase the full version. It seems the website is down (or was at the few times I attempted to find it).
