I installed it directly and installed using custom. There were two programs that were to be added automatically if you didnt uncheck. I unchecked and as I hit continue I saw in a blink that the two had been checked. I thought well I unchecked them maybe it was a fluke. Well I got it. I am going to send an email to CNET. I have always trusted them, but now I see they don't live up to their promises.

I just need it crack an Open Password protected PDF file. It cannot. I contacted the support service. They said removing Open Password from a PDF file without authorized password is illegal. Who cares. I only want to open an PDF without a password. Now finally, I am settled with another similar tool named PDF Password Remover for Mac
