Incredibly nice after struggling with Photoshop 3D

Pros
Extremely rich interface, understandable only by virtue of good tutorials but straightforward and reliable once understood, unlike Blender which is a real pain.
Cons
After studying it for a few days, can't imagine any unless it's just too good for the average guy. Not worth the purchase price unless required as a part of your profession.
Summary
Like driving a spaceship. Incredible.

Like the typical Autodesk desktop product, the full product is expensive, and only a part of a complete project set. However, it functions good for modelling and has a lot of features. The UI is also pretty good

Pros
- It has EVERYTHING. The strongest 3D modeling tool available. - Free student versions available on the Autodesk website.
Cons
- Can be feisty at times, and won't do things you want it to. - Occasional crashing, probably because you're doing something that overloads the program. - Does consume much memory, but there is a good reason why.
Summary
This program is THE program you'll want to use if you're planning to become a developer in games, movies, or general 3D Animation. Why? This is the same program most game developers use to create AAA games for Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo, aside from other programs like Mudbox and Maya.
