  Pros

  Identifies the names of the files and folders on your damaged external hard drive leaving you happy that all of your data will be saved.

  Cons

  Forces you to pay prior to commencing salvage of data. As all fie and folder names had been identified, I thought I was paying for a solution. I ended up with a folder filled with empty files - only the file/sub-folder names were present. Contacted them to get the 24-hour business support promised on their website. Still waiting almost a week later. Asked for a refund after almost 48 hours without a response. Yet to receive either a dime or advice on resolving the problem that NONE of my files will open. Avoid like the plague. I feel like I have been scammed.
