This simple program is designed to resize your pictures for use as wallpaper or for e-mailing, but it doesn't offer much in the way of user guidance. Flobo Mobile Wallpaper Resize sports a basic interface divided into three sections. The top area is used to view and size your picture, and offers handy PDA Settings or Mobile Settings buttons to instantly resize images for those gadgets. The height and width of the image also can be manually adjusted. You can open multiple files, which are displayed in the other two sections, one to select a file to work on and one to select images to save. The ability to save images is disabled with the demo version, however, so we weren't able to view the finished product in our tests. This app proved fairly easy to use, but its solid blue background made it hard to read some of the smaller black print and the lack of a Help file may frustrate less advanced users. Flobo Mobile Wallpaper Resize didn't impress with its design or output and users should look for a more polished program to handle their image resizing.
