FinitySoft Memory Manager for Windows

This smart utility lets you keep a close eye on your memory usage and free up RAM with ease.

FinitySoft Memory Manager has an easy-to-use interface that will appeal to all user levels. A vibrant blue window houses four command icons. You can view the status of your free RAM and memory load index, in real time. There's also a line graph that shows your CPU usage. The extensive Options menu allows you to create automatic memory checks to ensure that your computer is running at its optimal performance. You can customize the settings to show the RAM settings in your system tray, and even create your own shortcut to instantly free more RAM. We were able to manually set the percentage of free RAM, and immediately the program went to work making the adjustments.

The Help menu was a no-show for us during our tests. The option is there, but clicking it returned nothing. The publisher's Web site gives in-depth descriptions of all the features, so novice users should pay it a visit before getting started. Despite the faulty Help file, we recommend this for all users looking to keep track and manage their computer's memory.
