  Pros

  On top of the pros others had mentioned, i especially love the 8-up for printing ppt files. Tho the MS ppt offers hand-out printing format, max is only 6-up. Moreover, the frame size in MS for 6-up is *SMALLER* than the 8-up using FinePrint ! Thus it's easier on the eyes and yet saving more paper (and toner).

  Cons

  Can't install on Mac :(

  Would love a Mac version, perhaps the developers can look into this.

  Pros

  Works exactly as you would want. The capability to create booklets and 2-up pages (to save paper) is easily worth the cost. Reliability is so good that you never are concerned about the outcome.

  Cons

  Would be even more useful if you could zoom in or out to gain even more space savings or increase legibility of selected content. Also, it would be a help to have the chosen printer displayed thereby helping to avoid printing inadvertently on B&W printer when the color printer is what was wanted.

  Summary

  Over many, many years this printing utility has proven its benefits and deserves to be considered as a necessary partner when printing.

  Pros

  Quick, easy to use and versatile. It takes you by the hand when you add a new printer and leads you through the process. I've never had a printer it didn't cope with.

  Cons

  It doesn't look very pretty on screen - but, hey, it's practical!

• Saves paper, easy to use

  Pros

  It shows me the copy and allows me to choose to put it on one page or collapse it on to 2 or 4, and allows me to choose the printer to use

  Cons

  There is an extra step from my word processors that asks me if I want to print it and on which of my printers. I would like to have a bit more editing, like changing font or getting rid of unexpected messagee headings
