FileWorker makes it easy to manage and organize your files. It will let you categorize and rename files while previewing them, then will move the file to an appropriate location. OCR technology will also allow you to scan files for recognizable text that can be searched. The success of OCR will depend on the quality of the document but we are constantly working to improve the accuracy. File types that support previewing while categorizing currently include: PDF* PNG JPG/JPEG GIF More will be added soon. *In order to preview PDF files, you must have an Internet Explorer add-on for reading PDF files (i.e. Adobe Reader).
