Used File Encryptor-P for Windows?
Editors’ Review
Though we would have liked to see a few more user options, this no-frills file encryption program got the job done.
File Encryptor-P didn't make a very good first impression, though. It doesn't give you the option of creating shortcuts to access the program. You have to add your own if you want them. The user interface is pretty basic, with three input fields, and two buttons. The simple process follows the fields: select the source file you'd like to encrypt, create the destination file, and enter a password. The option to delete the source file isn't included, and would have been nice here, but the main program limitation is that you don't have a choice of encryption algorithms. Still, the program quickly encrypted the file and saved it to the desktop. Decryption is just as simple.
Experienced users are probably going to want more encryption options, but this makes a great tool for those new to file encryption. It cleanly uninstalled from our PC.
