- I didn't use the evaluation copy. I bought the standard version, then upgraded to the professional version to use the USB reset. I didn't know about that when I bought the standard version, but I didn't check well enough.

They disable the ability to use a USB to burn to unless you pay them. So they rip you off first then expect you to pay them. F them. A-holes.

- It brought up DOS-Like screen, I made two selections, and I was back in my computer. Between the 5 stars from the product producers, and the 1 stars from those who had bad experiences, I was fearful to attempt. However, I was desperate.

- The first attempt did not work at all (with the demo version). I came back a day later, re-burned the demo, and it booted right up. Keep in mind, the demo ONLY shows you that it can find your accounts, you have to buy the full version to porceed.

- I recommend the product, but download and try the trial version to make sure it works on your system. I was convinced it wouldn't work, but am pleasantly surprised. My OS is Vista.
