I had no problem installing the software, but no login or password was provided to be able to access it.

This product looks to have the functionality and ease of use that one looks for in software but just in the few minutes of tabbing through the various features, the application crashed multiple times making me leary of entering any family records into it as it would certainly crash and possibly loose valuable data. I'd consider using this application if it were more stable.
