- each time i converted files, there was always one that caused an error and couldn't be converted. Each time I was able to use a free single-file online converter with no issues, so the issue is not the file.

- I rarely write reviews on anything, but this had quite a few bad reviews, and all are unfair. The program ran without an issue- I converted 17 .epub format books into .mobi in less than 3 minutes, all without content loss or errors encountered in other programs. Follow the instructions given in another review. I set up a folder of the books I wanted to convert and did it as a batch file. Give it a try!

- I am running windows 7 with SP1 64 bit. I'm not sure what other people are using so it fails. Maybe it's on their end of just bad programming? I can't say so can only rate on my experience. So far so good!
