Doesnt work at all

Pros?..nothing. Cant run the program
Cons
only con so far is that it doesnt work. When running the program you get "the application has failed to start because qtintf70.dll was not found.Re-installing the application may fix this problem" I tried to re-install and the same error popped up. Using WinXP Pro.
